SHIPPING
Please allow up to 10 business days for items to ship. All jewelry items are hand crafted by Little Lavender Lobster. However, most items on the site will ship in 2-3 business days.
Items are shipped with USPS and you will receive a tracking number via email. Once a package is in the hands of USPS Little Lavender Lobster is no longer responsible for the item. Little Lavender Lobster is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please inform us immediately if there are any issues with your package.
Shipping outside of USA - Please contact us if you are looking to place an order outside of the US. Any additional taxes or duties on items shipped outside of the United States will be the responsibility of the customer/ buyer. Little Lavender Lobster is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

CARE
Our pieces are designed to be worn daily, however most metal pieces will slowly tarnish over time. Tarnish is when pieces lose luster, especially as a result of exposure to air or moisture. The piece will appear darker in color and not like the shiny piece originally purchased. This is totally normal and the item can be cleaned to shine again.
Tips and Tricks:
- When you aren't wearing your jewelry store in a clean dry place
- Keep clean with a Yellow Sunshine Polishing Cloth
- It's safe to wear your jewelry around water, however this might cause the jewelry to tarnish faster and require more frequent cleaning.
If you want to send your piece back to LLL we will polish and clean it up for a small fee and send it back to you!
